Brokenness
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalms 147:3NKJV).
God understands...
He understands our heartaches, sadness, and our suffering. He understands how rejection feels. He understands how it feels to be mocked, ridiculed, and slandered. God knows how it feels to mourn the loss of someone you love. He understands the sorrows we carry. God understands.
“Jesus wept” (John 11:35NKJV).
JEHOVAH ELOHIM – (LORD GOD), is a relational God. He made man from the dust of the ground and He Himself breathed the breath of life into him. God cared for the man by placing him in a beautiful garden that God Himself planted with every tree desirable and good for food. Anything the man needed was provided by God Himself. The LORD GOD wanted fellowship with the man too, so God walked with Him in the cool of the day.
God cares about you too. He made you wonderful and unique. He loves you, more than you can possibly imagine. He understands everything you are going through and everything you have been through; and He wants to walk with you through it all.
The LORD GOD is relational. He made you and me, He Himself has given us the breath of life. He is our Heavenly Father; we are related to Him. He desires to care for our well-being, provide everything we need, and to unconditionally and wholeheartedly love us.
He invites us to come to Him and to remain with Him. (See Matthew 11:28 and John 15:4)
Because God loves us so much, He sent Jesus, His Son, (John 3:16). Jesus was given to the world by God to save us from our penalty of sin, but also to reconcile us back into a relationship with Him. Jesus was the answer to our separation from God. Through Jesus, we can come to the Father and have everything we need and fellowship with God.
“His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness” (2 Peter 1:3 NIV1984).
He invites us to have a personal relationship with Him; we can come to Him for comfort and healing. When we feel rejected and alone, He is there ready to help us in our time of need. The LORD GOD is Love and His loving-kindness will never cease.
“For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations” (Psalms 100:5 NIV1984).
If you have ever felt rejected and ignored by someone that you love or care about, then you understand the hurt and pain of that rejection. When we reject the LORD GOD’s invitation, through His Son Jesus, it causes Him sorrow. He understands the pain of rejection. He greatly wants to take care of us and love us, it hurts Him when we reject or ignore the personal connection of an intimate relationship He offers to give us.
He wants to help us and ease our sorrows. The LORD GOD understands our pain, He offers us His comfort and healing. When we turn to Him in our moments of rejection and despair, He is there, offering His unconditional love. When we come to Him, with whatever is causing us sorrow, it is in these times of vulnerability that we can truly experience His relational nature, feeling His presence and support in the depth of our hearts.
God's love is unshakable, enduring, and steadfast. He never abandons us, even when the world seems to turn its back. Embrace and accept His invitation to come to Him. And once you do, don’t ever leave, remain in Him and you will find peace, comfort, and strength.
“Remain in me and I will remain in you…” - Jesus
The LORD GOD is always ready to carry your burdens and to walk with you through every trial and hardship. Let His love be your refuge.
God Understands….
“He was despised and rejected by mankind. A man of suffering and familiar with pain, like one from whom people hid their faces, He was despised, and we held him in low esteem.
Surely, he took up our pain. And bore our suffering. Yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.
But he was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought us peace was on him. And by his wounds we are healed” (Isaiah 53: 3-5)
Until Next time…Let us Come and Remain in the healing comfort and love of our Heavenly Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Shalom 😊
